A guy pulled into the parking lot of my local mall with a bronze, brand new looking Lexus.

I happened to catch him at the checkout, he paid all in cash and the whole time he was speaking on the phone in foreign language with someone.

You say monero, but every criminal around these days just gets paid in cash and simply avoids declaring taxes. My grandpa paid contractors to redo his plumbing, they said cash only.

Honestly? I dont mind them fucking over the government and not paying taxes for doing work, especially if that means saving money for the people that need it saved most, like elderly.

But theres way too many that abuse this in many aspects of life. I have a bunch of examples, mostly in construction and similar industries where people are just all walking around with cash only.
All the hairdressers in the hoods take cash only, and the little asian shops too.

Cash is easy because their customers get cash direct from the pawn shop after they commit whatever crime. Their customers are retards or completely cognitively fried and couldn't figure out how to use XMR to save their lives.
The caveat is that cash needs to be physically exchanged, which makes international or low-contact cash payments difficult. XMR solves this, and simultaneously lets people stash value away in a token that wouldn't be found during a physical inspection (assuming you don't leave the seed on-site).
