Alarms. A lot, a stupidly huge amount of alarms all set up weekly and refreshed each week by yourself. I used to have the same problem until i stopped using dextools and switched to dexscreener. They let you put very specific alarms (i have the phone app) so you dont have to be checking on the charts every single day.
Plus if you feel like a move is about to happen you can check the info on the traders, see if they're accumulating or if they're prepping in for a sell. Useful alpha, all free.

I don't sell at a loss, simple as. I only buy and continue to look at my average buy in.
Quick maffs:

>Don't sell
>Buy another 1 BTC @ 29k
>Average buy in = 47.5k
>I only have to wait till 47.5k and anything above is now profit
>Price drops to 20k? Buy 1 more

It's so easy it's unreal.
You just need patience and time, something the ADHD generation lack.
This doesn't work with shitcoins or dead trash like that though, you are just throwing money into the void.
