It literally can't fill from priority because you can only stake what you originally had staked plus rewards, meaning 22 million plus like another million in rewards. And anyone who doesn't migrate immediately can't even stake that.

However, early access lets you add any amount up to 15k, so along with previous stakers being allowed to double their amount, some who skipped last staking would probably use this one since you can unstake, meaning it probably fills before general access this time.

You can migrate any amount up to rewards + staked. So yes, you can sell your rewards before migration.

With V0.2 there's a time period of when you initiate the start to claim the rewards and when it will be fully claimable with no penalty.
