It's basically what Bitcoin could already do if Bitcoin's capacity had not been artificially strangled. It has no protections to prevent it from following the same fate as BTC (becoming corrupted). And it has absolutely zero smart contracts, and to the extent it may one day, it will have to be done with L2s, which are a deadend. Not a good project.
