Personally I use hashpack. Most functionality out of any wallet on Hedera. Staking, NFT market, in wallet DEX swaps, it even has cool themes you can buy for a few hbars. Theres a tab in hashpack where you can stake to any of the nodes and a button in the staking tab to claim your rewards. You'll also claim rewards whenever you do a transaction.

SAUCE is the token for the biggest DEX on Hedera. I get the feeling you try to stick to to coins that will have some enterprise level use which is fair (and smart) but defi does numbers. It's worth picking up a stack in case defi on Hedera goes bananas this bull run, which it should. If you want an idea of what a DEX token can do look at CAKEs graph from last bullrun.
