based on what i remember from what i read about it months ago, the scrum manager or however this fag is called, just organizes a small team of people with different majors/work. he explains the basic product or work idea he wants to prouce, sends them off to work for it, then after some time come back get in another team meeting to check results and how to implement them, analysis whats good or not together with the team and then tells what to maybe focus on next and sends them off again
