I'm very surprised my company didn't even make it to top 50 (it is mentioned on the website in other categories though).
We literally have a "directive" to increase the amount of female managers to 50% in the top management positions within the next 2 years, so there is a huge push to give good positions to holes only.
And in the meantime, all the lower management and middle management is already occupied by either women or faggots (white hetero male managers are like 10% at best).
Every regional call they make sure to show one brown Down syndrome retard who got hired and we all watch a 20 minute documentary about they/them.

Wanted to get a job at Medtronic but being number 2, I wonder how much worse it must be there if my ESG dicksucking corporation didn't even make the diamond tier.
