This has happened to me twice and I hate it. It feels like you have to straddle the line between complete retardation and minimal competency in order to coast. Any amount productivity is going to be taken advantage of. It's just not worth it to be good at something.

Ultimately our fucktarded government has turned most companies into little mini governments, everybody is so self involved they have no collective purpose and act like entitled welfare queens within the corporate ecosystem so they can do the bare minimum and collect their gibs (paycheck). Sure you can make some dough and learn some skills but the only way to not live in a hell world as a smart competent person is to be entrepreneurial and find a way to work for yourself by starting your own thing.
