For me? That'd be perpetuals for shorting/longing depending on how you're feeling at the moment.
Binance is a solid option if you're living in a non-cucked country. If you're a burger though your best bet is going defi.

GMX is a decent point too if you absolutely need a fuckton of shitcoins to choose from. If you just wanna play with the large mcaps (ETH, BTC, etc) then Kinetix is just that but cheaper and faster with native USDt built in. Pick your poison wisely.
