Oh and here's my last schizo post for the day. I just happened to have a chat with a Fidelity rep today and they gave me some interesting information. Looks like Fidelity is worried about their risk exposure, and there's no regulation or anything that requires them to stop trading. The rep also confirms the move to expert market had nothing to do with quarterly disclosures. This could explain why there was some buying going on during the 13th. The buy button was manually turned off. BTW I had taken a couple screenshots that I then strung together in paint, so that's why there's a duplicate part that's crossed out.
