I have floaters AND visual snow, visual snow is a completely different thing where you see everything with a TV static-like noise. Floaters is just stuff that moves when you move your eyes.

>> No.56144899

>>56144838
visual snow syndrome is not just visual snow, there are many other symptoms including more prominent floaters. my worst symptom is extreme astigmatism-like glare and starbursts coming off of lights. i've had the best eye doctors in the state examine my eyes and there wasn't anything wrong with them. this is what lead me to finding out i had vss

Used to have more as a kid. Settled down for some reason as I got older. Its just bits of eyeball falling in front of your retina. Totally normal. Stand up fast so gravity takes them down and youre looking at the sky like that and youll see them.

mee too I've had visual snow since my earliest memories I literally see constant static everywhere. I remember being like 4 years old staring at the blue sky looking at the static. I have also had severe migraines my entire life and also ADHD like symptoms (ADHD isn't real though) spent entire childhood trying to figure out what caused the migraines but apparently it's all correlated with seeing static because a hyperactivity of certain parts of your brain

Everyone has shit floating around in their eye, yes. What you're seeing is its shadow. You can only focus outside your eyeball though. The light refracts through your aqueous humor, hits the lens, and projects across your retina. The floaties it encounters in the intermediary fluid cast fuzzy out-of-focus shadows.
