It's going to happen, and I keep rolling over, month after month and putting more capital into that bet. There is no question about, that the last 15 years of line go up were pyramid scheming with no underlying reason other than public spending into scams, literal scams that didn't produce any sustainable growth, be it toy cars, esg bullshit, repackaged html, databases and a script language, and all that, when im the background the public liabilities due to the breaking away of boomers from the active market are growing to unfathomable amounts that might bring state failures

Isn't it absurd? Every single semi company taking a shit in a straight line down for no obvious reason is very clearly a ridiculous move, but retail bears want to act like it was written in the stars. I just don't know what they're thinking - institutions have been loading up on long positions for a year, so retail bears must legitimately think that they have some sort of leg up on Big Money. The brand + the resin which is a special modified EVA and an inhouse blowing method. It has more trade secrets and technology behind than most clothing brands unironically. As they own the technology, the production is so cheap that their margins are as high as LVMH and the resin is confortable enough to diversify to other shoe options.

Do what you want. Perhaps there's a quick flip.
Long term it has more downside risk than t-bills for similar upside potential. The problem is that the brand value is in their ability to continue to get endless government contracts, but they have massive technical debt as their employee base is heavily biased towards 50-60 year old boomers getting ready to retire and abandon their 30 year old rats nests of software designs. There is no younger generation interested in working there to pick up the bag. What was once solid pay and a guaranteed pension is now 1/3rd of a FAANG salary for... less benefits too.
That said, some government contractors still manage to hold appeal. Contrast with LMT for example. Similar position, but much better culture.

oil is a very seasonal commodity, i mean 2020 fucked everything up so you're better off lookin at data from years prior to get a feel for it, but US production is lower and the strategic petrolium reserves have been emptied as well, so seasonal demand will rise alongside supply constraints leading to higher prices. the entire energy market has been fucking manipulated but the natural laws of economics will rule and you can either profit from it or you can watch others profit from it.

I think tech will enter a depression in a year or two. Every bubble was always some scam to sell something to people with money and each bubble gets more desperate as society collapses and less actual rich/powerful people coming out of tech
>dotcom
selling webshit to established fortune 500 companies, lots of EZ money, google and facebook got big and mighty here easily, real oligarchs like theil, zucc, or andreesen
>obamna QE
selling subscriber services to bullshit using VC money and being broke for a decade like uber, some tech startup richfags but no real power players other then maybe y combinator AI guy
>shitcoins
creating software scams with gambling NEETs and selling vaporware to banks when they could make stupid loans and executives were dumb nepo boomers like jamie dimon who get scammed by roasties, 4channel NEETs and pajeets are draining VC money, only real richfags are early bitcoiners and ETH whales
>AI
hailmary bullshit to try to soak bidenbux, nshidia is sharting itself over drivers and chatgpt has worse adoption curve then facebook in 2006, QT is killing it and we will never see another FAGMAN come out of this meme tech, not even a meme startup like carvana

kek @ weedheads panicking. im correct. i can drink alcohol my ocd symptoms go up but never ever could enter psychosis from alcohol. weed is far more dangerous it raises dopamine more. that's why people commonly even without mental illness get panic attack from smoking weed (smoking enters blood much quicker than drinking) and almost never people get panic attacks from alcohol

alcoholism physical addiction of heavy drinkers is more dangerous that's for sure but alcohol itself far more easier to control.

From someone that actually grows weed it's a bit bigger than one cubic foot but not by much. I had a small grow tent that I had four autoflowers in that I would harvest and replant a new one every two weeks in. Worked out to about two and a half ounces per month which was enough for me smoking heavily with maybe a little bit left over. It was a 3x3x3 tent and I was in colorado so it was legal. Realistically it's like 200$ a month to grow your own good weed like this taking all costs into account with a couple grand up front for all the equipment, about the cheapest someone could smoke for a whole month is about the same money so even when people can grow their own just buying it is still pretty competitive cost wise and you get a lot more selection and better quality than you can make on your own unless you're just growing a fuckload of weed and processing it into concentrates but that's a whole other thing and isn't easy. the only way to get natty margins growing shit is to be a distopian megacorp like monsanto or dole. maybe that's possible in 100 yrs, but right now dude weed people will drive 40 miles or take an hour long subway ride and pay 3x what vegetables are worth to get their shit from the farmers market.
investing in local dispensaries with a charismatic owner who and good interior design/spotify playlist to pander to hipsters probably isn't a bad idea. believing weed production will become industrialized instead of being artisanal in the current weed bro culture is dumb.

The nice shit has a market for the advanced stoners but even those guys are usually smoking midgrade flower and then do some dabs or buy a dab pen when they really wanna get fucked up. It's like when you're drinking, you can drink beer all fucking day long and be fine but you drink liquor to get really fucked up. Even if you like liquor you still drink a lot of beer though, and it's the same with weed.
