Buying rice by the pound is much cheaper. Just add butter and salt and it tastes fine. Another obvious option is cereal and milk. Just try not to overdo it with the sugary goyslop bullshit.

That's a health-destroying diet. Diversify with the cheapest canned foods (spam, fish, beans, peas, pate) and the cheapest fruits and veggies (usually means apples and cabbage).
Otherwise you won't last to your triumph, or if you do, won't be able to appreciate it fully.
Do not destroy own body just to prove something to someone. Throw in some beans and cabbage and soup cubes and sheit. At least it won't all be hitting just one part of the organism.

Look up the weekly ads online and shop sales at your local grocery stores too. Save-A-Lots are good if you have any around. I pretty regularly find ground beef on sale for $3/lb, chicken breasts for $2/lb or less, etc. You can't live on just ramen or beans and rice, but you can save a lot of money cutting meat out of your meals every other day, for example. But chicken and ground or cheaper cuts of beef don't have to break the bank either if you can get it on sale.

Rice, beans, corn tortillas. Bacon ends for meat, flavor, and cooking grease. Eggs are $2 for an 18ct. Aromatics are cheap, with onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos all pretty much $1/lb. Once this is your staple, you can buy whatever meat and produce is dirt cheap on sale. Check the "managers special" bin.

Walmart prices:
>20lb bag pinto beans - $15 - 26,000 calories
>20lb bag white rice - $11 - 32,000 calories
>80ct corn tortilla - $4 - 4,000 calories
>3lb bag bacon ends - $10 - 7,200 calories
>18ct eggs - $2 - 1,260 calories

Beefheart and chicken hearts are actually quality meat with not too "gamey" of a flavor. Do this with peeled potatoes. Buy a big jug of olive oil.

Then milk, eggs and orange juice. Canned mussels orded in bulk online. Beef liver once a week. Carrots for insoluble fiber if you have bacterial or liver bile issues.

There you have the perfect diet. Everything is relatively cheap compare to the rest of the goyslop.

You could opt out from milk and get unflavored whey and casein powder in big 5lb bags it will disolve nicely in OJ.

I like rice and beans cooked at home. Alternative choices include frozen chopped spinach, onions and potatoes, and chickens. Whole chickens.
Really depends how much storage you have too. I'm averaging $200 a month this year but I bought a deep freezer
