What is stopping Anon from taking out 10 loans at 10 different places, waiting till they are approved, then accepting all 10 loans on the same day as quickly as possible. Then as soon as Anon gets the money throw it into a foreign bank account and leave country to a non nato extraditable state? Then never come back.

Easy 100k. How does this go wrong?

Well if they actively don't extradite to America, then they don't like America or Americans. Why would they want some American scammer in their country? lol

That's the worst thing you can come up with? I'll just tell people I'm Canadian or some shit how would they know.

How are the BANKS gonna fuck this up? That's what I want to know

If you are a white male American citizen, it's easy to make money either contracting or selling stuff to the government/military. If youre a shitskin, there's a million ways to get grants etc for your business. Don't be a nigger

You could just stay in America and not pay. It will affect you getting other loans but only for 7 years and there are no other consequences.

>> No.55936920

there are easier ways to make 100k
imagine looking over your shoulder for the rest of your life for a measly 100k that lasts max 5 years. i wouldn't consider something this crazy below like 100m

Usually they do a hard credit check for a loan, and if you have too many hard credit checks in your recent history then the banks will notice and may not give you money. Usually the types of people to consider things like that don't have credit to get 100,000 dollars in credit and the people who do have much less desperate ways make 100k

I know a man that did a much more elaborate credit scam scheme. And he barely made it alive. Literally went to airport and flew away in his slippers and shorts with nothing, using a plane ticket bought by his ex wife online to his name.

I can describe his scheme in short if you are interested. And he was at around 250K euros.

Kek, every single person I know who declared bankruptcy was fucking miserable for those 7 years. Some who had spouses also dragged them into this bs because bankruptcy applies to both spouses.

Only prepaid phones, internet plan is more expensive. Forget about financing a car, renting is hard af.

Even though they say it disappears after 7 years, the banks see this shit when you are trying to open a company. Go figure

That's the idea with getting them all in the same day. I would imagine it would be difficult for them to know I had just accepted a few an hour ago, but maybe they can tell.

Have you figured out how you will move the money to that country? If you think about wiring it there, then you will not be facing bankruptcy but criminal charges (fraud).

You are either a complete retard or a glowie

Let me tell you a story.
So an artist from small town in eastern Europe that is ok at doing tattoos and is addicted to weed like a chronic, gets into touch with some lads doing pimping and coke dealing on Tenerife.
They need someone to tattoo the whores and promise him a good salary and accommodation and everything.
He flies there with his gear and moves to Tenerife.
they help him setup a small business, like artisan shop fully legally with address, bank account, social and healthcare, the works.
He like goes around the beach offering tattoos and does like some for the whores and for tourists but like its a few hundred to 1K per month from tourists.
So what they do is they put in like 3 to 5K in his account every month and pay all the income taxes, dental, healthcare, social, etc. on that cash. He applies for some deductions to rent a studio, thats actually just his room they gave him anyway and for materials for his artist work and other bullshit.
So he takes out all that cash back after and gives it back to them.
Its all cozy fun and games, fucking hookers, doing coke, living the dream on the beaches, banging occasional tourist chicks, etc.
After like 6 months his credit rating gets updated.
He can now take out max loan of like his fake income times 60 like 12 times 5 years times 3 to 5K. So they force him to do that.
Thats where he felt the scheme was getting out of hand. Like he sobered up from all the coke and lack of weed, did a bit of questioning , asking subtly the hookers, asking some local boat renter, you know checking out some stuff.
And when he was supposed to do it, he just didnt go to meet at the bank and went straight ot the airport.
Slippers, cargo shorts, tshirt, and his passport and printed out ticket.

Even if he got 250K that would be divided with the crew, and if greedy they could just take him on a boat ride and leave him in Africa or throw him overboard.
No one would come looking.

That's the beautiful part. They literally don't care. In fact, a lot of those military/govt agencies have massive budgets that they have to use up, so they like to waste money.

There's also tons of contracts the government gives out to small businesses. They often pay dozens of businesses to do the exact same thing. And a good amount of these smaller contracts are exclusively given to small businesses.

Depends on what you're selling

I know lots of 1-3 person companies that do these types of contracts. It can be physical goods, software, whatever they need. You just have to be a US citizen and not be a felon

They do the credit check before they give you the loan, and there's a bit of a delay before you are approved. That credit check shows on your credit, so even if you send all applications at exactly the same time, each bank will see N-1 credit checks based on its place in the order they checked your credit in. (N) It's impossible for them all to check at exactly the same time. While the loan itself won't show on your credit for a long time, the credit check shows immediately. if you have multiple credit checks, it severely lowers your chance of getting the loan, probably for this very reason. if you are lucky, you can do this with maybe two loans before you get snagged. I highly recommend against this strategy, but it's not against the law until you run away and don't pay.

They do the same thing anyone does with debt and they'd sell it to a collection agency that operates in your area of the world for pennies on the dollar, and surprising though it may be there will almost certainly be at least one taker on the debt unless you're in the middle of nowhere and it's a completely destabilized hellhole like Haiti. From there you're looking at the same options anyone has when they're given a summons for a court date, and that's assuming the debt collectors don't get creative with getting the debt repaid which is common in a lot of the world whether it's legal or not. If they know they'd get fucked in court and they know you're in some hellhole that doesn't have cops, they'd probably just kick your ass until you paid up or murk you and take what you had. If you tried parking it all in crypto they'd just beat you until you gave up your keys.

The entire reason why you go to a bank or other accredited lender is so that they only come after you through the courts. If you start getting cute with them they'll sell the debt on to a debt collector, and if you leave the country and are somewhere that hates the US and won't extradite there's plenty of people willing to come hound you that aren't beholden to the law. Pay your debts.
