There's a guy at work like this but to an extreme. Very friendly, but has no filter whatsoever. He asks questions like "how much money do you make" or "what race are you" in the office. He always asks if I want to join him for lunch and I say no lol. The one time I agreed he shamelessly asked me about my dating life and if I was gay. Did the same with another coworker too. I still try to be nice since he must have some sort of high functioning autism but damn what a character.
