I lost 30K so far on stocks. But I am writing it off as my "cost of tuition". I'm still at 100K Networth though, but only from waging and living frugally, not investing. I've never even had 1 win. In the end, this might be the better lesson. Those who start of by winning end up becoming luke the OP. They think they are somehow smart, or they can't lose. But it was only ever luck.
