I import as well as mail out 100 packages a day easily as I have an ecommerce business.
I ship all sizes from envelopes to 50 lb packages.
Prices to ship have NEVER been higher and are up at least 30% since 2020.

It's POSSIBLE that the government is shipping Amazon entirely free for them at this point and they are counting that in the averages.
But as a real person, shipping cost is through the roof.
