So that's two jobs or one that guarantees A LOT of overtime. Then save save save up that money and you can either move up to trucking full time (and I'm talking OTR, with no home time) OR...and this is what I did, I took all of my saved up money, got my real estate license and then just threw myself at the business. I was actually a trucker for a little while too but driving 11 hours a day will destroy your body, so I made the switch.

With that said, real estate is no easy task. I work about 18-20 hrs a day, every single day and sometimes even beyond that. I'd normally be sleeping right now but I'm literally waiting for a client to call me when they get home from work so I can schedule my day with them tomorrow.

Once people see that you're a workaholic (and dependable; don't be late ever) they'll start calling you nonstop. There's no "easy way" unless you're very very lucky. You literally have to live to work. Define "fine". The median yearly income is around 53k pre-tax, which gives a net income of 40k. Monthly, this is around 3.3k. On a 500k apartment (cheapest you will get in an urban area these days) at 10% down, this gives a monthly payment of around 3k, almost all of the monthly earnings. Same with rents.

I work a 17$/hr job for fresh grads trying to get into healthcare. Everyone in the lab (~40 ppl) lives with parents, partners, or roomates. NO ONE can afford to live alone.

If you want to live alone on a 30-50k salary, you gotta move abroad and economic arbitrage. The american dream is now living in thailand making 3-4k a month and living how you were supposed to live in America before the kikes sold your future to the lowest bidder.
