Um, Robinhood totally lets you transfer crypto. If you don't know how there's about a billion youtube videos that show you how to do it. You could also cash out and then just reinvest.

I seriously question what you bought was crypto, it's more likely that it is a derivate of sorts i.e. paper crypto.
With that being said, Robinhood is not particular unsafe, the likelihood of you loosing your "crypto" is a lot higher in private custody relative to an exchange, even a shitty exchange like Robinhood.

If all you want is self custody and security get a cold storage wallet. If you want defi or shitcoins just get metamask or an equivalent. The process is piss easy to do and worth your time to learn on your own. Just make sure you make small test transactions first to make sure you've got it right.
