banks will transact all types of iso 20022 tokens through the fed now service. Even thought they won't admit it yet the fednow service is using a CBDC USD issued by the fed. This CBDC isn't available to the general public "yet" so they are using their jew speak to say that it isn't a true CBDC, just an iso compliant payment message.

Anyway XRP is the only iso 20022 compliant 3rd party token with regulatory clarity and the fed now system will be the way banks onboard any ripplenet service in an official capacity.

They won’t be using CBDCs yet, or maybe never. Something slipped from under our nose, and it’s the fact that recent developments on RTGS infrastructures came to the conclusion that they can depend on 3rd party public ledgers like the XRPL and just issue IOUs or piggy back of Circle to conduct transactions without ever creating a CBDC.
