The entire premise of your op falls apart when talking about motivations. First of all, there's barely any ICP fud here, its mostly people just driveby trolling in ICP threads, there's no 24/7 spam like with link. Second, what about the motivation to shill ICP? That one's easy, if you bought for pennies (and it wasn't just that, there were multiple rounds, many got in under a dollar even if it wasn't 3 cents specifically), then its your job to maintain positive sentiment for as long as possible to provide exit liquidity. You can't just dump all at once, you need retail to buy into your sells to maintain profits.

There's no compelling tech narrative with ICP, there's no compelling hype narrative, its a vc scam that posters WARNED you about in April of last year, I was in threads where anons tried to warn others they were going to get dumped on. There's nothing grassroots or organic about the ICP shilling here. Its a vc psyop and I don't even know if I can call it successful, because if it were the price wouldn't have cratered as hard as it did, they wanted more exit liquidity than that to be sure.
