Last ATL I remember was Christmas. I was really bullish that time. Right now I don't know what to to feel. Is activity this low on reddit and twitter and telegram and discord? I have no idea. It feels like this entire pump from 15k to 30k has just been a joke. Candles being painted by insiders who control the market to prepare for a future cycle taking off in 2024-2025. They need to truly fool the public that the cycle is repeating 1:1 exact as before and that Bitcoin will be 120k in 2025. If real, we continue to crab til mid 2024 as my expectation.
And where are all the shitcoin shills? You open /biz/ now it's just the same people shilling pepe or old coins.

Reddit is the only one you can easily get statistics on and it is gaining in subscribers and crabbing in comments. Only /biz/ seems to be dying. I got mass downvoted every time I called out "influencers" on the crypto sub on reddit. They all talked about all influencers being charlatans, but of course not Mr. My Guy, he was the one real guy!

We are all at a wonderful beach where the champagne sparkles in every glass and soft laughter falls upon the summer air and our cute bikinis. We know, by the rules, that at some moment, the darkskinned pumplord will come jumping out of the water, making KDA go BOOM and splash water on our hot bodies. Those who leave early are lost, but the beach is getting so hot that everyone needs to apply sunscreen on each other to avoid sunburn, so that everyone keeps asking “Can you rub sunscreen on my back? Can anyone rub sunscreen on my back?" but there was no sunscreen.

I actually prefer minimal gameplay and mostly reading. Less routes is more relaxing for me. Even no routes is fine. I just like reading.
>If you have run out of 2d porn to the point you are resorting to something this ugly you should probably take a break from masturbating.
I've been looking at 3D lately so I probably should because it's kind of gross. Adults obviously, just want to make that extra clear in case there was any doubt.

I really miss the old /biz/ and the old 4chan in general, shitposts and all. Between all the shill threads on here, there was some very useful information I learned that propelled me into six figure hell a lot sooner than I would have gotten there otherwise, and I feel like you can't really get that information anymore because no one really discusses crypto anymore the way people used to in bitcoin threads on this site (and maybe on old bitcoin forums that are now long gone). If I just started getting into crypto now, there is so much garbage information out there that I would have probably wasted time with gambling on shitcoins instead of doing safe bets based around the halving because no one really talks about the halving events anymore.

>>55483617
The time to buy was last winter when it was under $20K, but at this point you should only be using bitcoin as a metric and not making it the bulk of your portfolio. I'm no Asuka poster, but I truly think that we'll have a repeat of the last bullrun but in a much stronger way, so you'll see BTC underperforming again while ETH and its offshoots will be the stars of the next bullrun.

If machine translations worked we wouldn't have people working for translation companies. Hilariously I saw threads on /vr/ showing how someone started a Patreon to translate PC98 VNs and was just running them through google translate and it worked for a while until he got caught.

deep packet inspection is likely already happening. I mentioned DPI because I use DoH with another provider so they can't see my DNS requests, but they could easily see all the IPs I connect with either way with DPI so that would confirm I have indeed been connecting to normalfag sites for adult content at times on my bare IP. Hopefully my ISP and the adult content site has no interest in cooperating and telling you gals what I've been watching because that would be humiliating.

Kadena is a naga wizard, belonging to the Silumgar brood of Tarkir in the altered timeline.
Clever, canny, and shrewd, Kadena is always looking for a chance to claw her way to power within the brood. She maintains a network of spies who keep her informed of everything happening within the ranks of power. This hoard of information is kept in preparation for the day when she throws off all pretense and seizes power for herself.

I cannot think or comprehend of anything more cucked than paying taxes on crypto profits. Honestly, think about it rationally. You are working and saving money for years while researching cryptocurrencies solely so the government can go and take a share of your profits. All the hard work you put into your beautiful little kadonies - watching AMAs, researching competitors, making sure you only buy the dips, keeping your coins safe, looking into wallets. All of it has one simple result: your government will have more profits that it can take from you. Bought the perfect coin? Great. Who benefits? If you're lucky, a government that has no incentive to spend funds efficiently. They get to do with your money what they like. They get to benefit from all the work that came from the way you invested. As a man who pays taxes, you are LITERALLY dedicating at least 5 years of your life simply to make money for the government to waste. It is the ULTIMATE AND FINAL cuck. Think about it logically.

Kaddex wasn't sued because the troll has legal rights to Kaddex trademark so a bunch of hooligans using his trademark got sued and changed name. It would be wrong to refer to the ones who were forced to change name as "Kaddex" because it's not their trademark.

Well that isn't good.
If the one given by them was a public key address, but without a k, they should have access to it in practice. If it wasn't a public k as an address with k: in front then the coins are done for, but I'm not sure if most wallets would even allow sending to a k: address that isn't also a public key after k:.

ATH is only a 20x from here
$10B mcap is a 70x
$18B 125x
Assuming it begins its ascension a little before the bullrun as every altcoin does, around Q2 2024 - circ supply would be over 350M tokens.
After Kaddex, everyone thinks this token is a scamcoin with no future, and rightfully so. What reason do you have thinking this will ever breach ATH again ?

If you are able to think of another L1 to innovate in any way over what the eth fags are doing do let me know, I'm serious, if you either are of the opinion that no L1 is going to take over eth then that's a fair point imo, the other option would be that you do have another L1 in mind in which case do tell to the class. There is no world where you don't know of a better L1 and still are able to think that a few minor problems are going to even register on a long enough timescale. It's like you're so old you can't think of a better tomorrow.

Asian Men are the TOUGHEST People Ever! And I ain't exaggerating! It's the fucking truth! Despite all the constant bullshit that we have to go through in society from the negative (and often false) portrayals and stereotypes that are perpetuated by Western media to stigmatize Asian males; to the countless Asian females who continue to dump on us and slander us with lies; to the jealous privileged racist White males who do everything to mock and belittle us in an attempt to derail our eventual success of overthrowing the White male power structure, Asian males are STILL the MOST SUCCESSFUL minority group ever! We're the HIGHEST income earners (with AMWF couples earning the most income out of all interracial couples). Asian males have held almost every government position in American history (mayor, governor, senator, congress, etc.), we dominate the academic fields, the business fields, the science and technology fields with a growing number of Asian men joining the military and sports. And despite Hollywood being a breeding ground for anti-straight Asian male sentiment, many straight Asian males have had successful careers as actors, producers, and directors.

No other group in history has had to overcome this much social stigmas/obstacles and still be very successful at the same time. Think about it, Asian males are the only group who DON'T benefit from affirmative action or from some kind of social privilege status. It's basically us against the world! Whites have their White Privilege thing going on. Asian women benefit from Asian Female Privilege, affirmative action, and many times marry Whites and Jews in order to climb the social ladder. Other minorities like Blacks and Hispanics can't succeed without some form of affirmative action or government assistance. If all these groups had to go through what Asian males went through, none off them would last a fucking second!

That's why Asian men are the toughest people

So go ahead, make fun of my “small dick”. I guarantee I fuck more than some guys with “big dicks”. I fucked twice this month already. Busted within a minute both times. Haven’t spoken to either woman since. There are months where I fuck like 4 new women. If I can manage to get hard, I’ll fuck. If I can’t, I find a way to make the girl feel like it’s her fault. I can't hold something I fundamentally dislike, and I do like PoW coins, a lot. The fact that on a PoS I need to think about who runs the nodes and if they will let my tx through is retarded. It doesn't FEEL like a decentralized network, sending a tx on eth does not give me the same kind of enjoyment that it used to, but sending a btc tx is still hilarious, just knowing that powerful computing hardware had to be used to brute force hashes so my tx can happen regardless of the government not wanting it to happen is some of the funniest shit I've ever fucking seen. Having the ability to incentivize miners through increased tx fees to ensure the inclusion of my transactions in a block, powerful!
So why do I not like alternative or lesser PoW's, to put it bluntly It takes away from better projects. I don't see how they improve on what I hold now which makes me not care. There will always be some guy in a garage working on a cardboard car trying to sell it to people hoping they won't try drive it, I don't see what those projects have to do in a thread about serious attempts at something as utterly hilarious as a scalable SC layer.
Hope all that didn't sound too autistic.

Wait, this is the first time I'm seriously thinking about it, I didn't have to because I'm not selling or telling but hypothetically if I were a normal person buying crypto or stocks, I would have to give the gov anywhere from 20-30% of my money? Why? They did not lend me the money, they did not help in picking my investments, I get that if I want to employ people in the country I would have to pay a tax for doing so, I get that if I want to buy a product in your country I have to pay a tax, I get all that but, investments? I'd rather give a % to my exchange or fucking internet provider for letting me access my finances. But the goverment? The fuck do they deserve money for making bitcoin go up.
I'm basically repeating the meme post I made above but still.

The chain I think is most likely going to stand out is DePIN focus chain, just like Peaqnetwork and Iotex. This is one of the bases on which projects like Solana are based as catalysts, since their chain allows such integration.

in alephium the abstraction is that every shard essentially constains information from two chains
the disadvantage is that you have to track way more chains than in chainweb
but you have single-step cross-shard tx's because of it and it reaches about 15k tps just fine
imo whilst there is a slight trade-off it's one that's worth it
you keep calling alephium a dag but you don't know what it is clearly, they say it's inspired by dag because there's a bunch of shards and that makes it a dag lol

I do, I'm essentially saying it's not good enough, there is no trade off I've seen that seems worth it to me
>the disadvantage is that you have to track way more chains than in chainweb
If we want to talk disadvantages, Alephium has its fair shares, the fact you are even able to track all the chains in chainweb in a manner that scales is the real innovation here I'm not sure how often I've tried to explain that. There are nuances to the discussion that you can in fact run N amount of chains you need which increases node decentralization in a way that makes chainweb viable. But the real key here is true scalability by allowing you to run the whole network at all.
>about 15k tps just fine
If I had to guess it would probably be same as solana's ~2k tps but both of our guesses are worthless anyway.
>you don't know what it is
Well anon I'm not sure whose fault it is when even the whitepaper was not able to make it clear enough. Alephium's approach to sharding is different from traditional sharding mechanisms. In traditional sharding, each shard operates somewhat independently and users can often choose to run a specific shard on their local node. And from the Alephium paper, it's not clear whether users have this level of control over which shards they interact with. also the paper does not provide details on how this would work in practice, including how a user could set up a full node cluster, how the network topology is shared with other nodes, or how the number of groups (G) is adjusted over time.

no they did 10k tps in testnet with low node requirements (essentially raspberrypi nodes), it's not some wild claim like kadena's 400k tps which was on L2 it's tried and tested
the whitepaper is very easy to read, too. i guess it's cheng who wrote it years back so the english is very slightly broken sometimes and it's not up to date (kadena's isn't either) but blockflow was the main thing i'm referring to and it's clearly explained in there. i'm 100% certain you didn't read it

the second part of your post ; since you have to validate all the connected chains (= d, degree of current state of chainweb) you have to validate d + 1 chains in total
you also need to wait for blocks to complete on other chains to generate your new block, so this makes confirmation times worse on kadena
in general kadena obviously doesn't scale the way you claim it does, since to increase the number of chains you'd either have to increase the number of hops drastically or increase the degree of the graph as you scale, which has a significant impact on conf times and the number of chains you need to validate
(all explained in Shai's google doc share on his twitter)

What were the transactions, anon most tests are always with perfect data, usually it's not the case in the real world.
>the whitepaper is very easy to read
I did not say it's hard to read although I personally think the math part is retarded and unfriendly to normal people but my point is that it literally lacks info on a whole bunch of important points.

1. The paper does not specify how the number of groups (G) is determined or whether it can change over time. This is a key parameter in the system, as it determines the number of shards and affects the system's scalability and performance.
2. paper does not provide details on how shards are created, managed, or potentially removed. It also does not explicitly state whether a user can choose to run a specific shard on their local node.
3. it does not provide details on how this algorithm works or how it interacts with the sharding mechanism and the BlockFlow system.
4. does not discuss potential security risks or how they are mitigated. This is an important aspect of any blockchain system.

>since you have to validate
I never said validate, you're talking about mining and I am talking about running nodes.

1.same as how kadena picks its graph obviously
2.idk about the first part, second part is same for kadena which only has a full node. last i checked alph said lighter nodes were next in line
3.?
4.it literally is phrased in such a way that it discusses the security risks (e.g. double spend) first and then discusses the consensus mechanism to prevent these risks ('provide a valid blockflow' i.e. provide a tx flow without double-spend or illegal transactions)

>I never said validate, you're talking about mining and I am talking about running nodes.

Or is the fact that the block is lagging behind leading to the whole network not being able to move forward to the next block? That would be a little more troubling but the guy is talking about tx times in his blogpost.
>You're retarded
Sure but the miner validates the transactions and nodes verify that it's correct, miners should mine all chains and nodes can run any chain they like. In theory.
Here some bullshit devs said in 2021
>A full node is centralized service that can be scaled at cloud level, just like any modern global cloud service. Because of that I don't see a benefit of running partial consensus nodes -- at least not for miners. It may make sense for API nodes that only validate blocks for local use, but don't fully participate in consensus.

>If I can trust a smaller number of chains to be correct then I can have lower conf times
yeah i think that's right (sampling rate is effectively higher because of all the blocks that are involved like martino says, so for that first confirmation you're not waiting for nothing)
shai is the kaspa guy so he's obsessed with confirmation time and i don't think he's been fully honest about sharded approaches, it seems like he's making some theoretical assumptions too (i'm not sure how miners pick a chain when mining on kadena for example)

a full node validates/verifies (same thing, it checks if consensus laws are obeyed for every block)
if you want a more lightweight node you can consider only 1 chains but you also need to validate the d neighbouring chains to make sure that the hashes that are in the blocks of the chain you're actually interested in are correct (otherwise you'd have to just trust the peers on that)

I can't hold something I fundamentally dislike, and I do like PoS coins, a lot. The fact that on a PoW I need to think about which governmental subsidies will let my tx through is retarded. It doesn't FEEL like a decentralized network, sending a tx on btc does not give me the same kind of enjoyment that it used to, but sending an avax tx is still hilarious, just knowing that there is no possibility of collusion and it doesn't need permission from the gobmint for electricity subsidies to function is some of the funniest shit I've ever fucking seen. Having the ability to infinitely scale, fully decentralized with sub-second finality and 6 gorillion tps, powerful!
