Probably Marlin Protocol (POND). They used to be laughably useless back in like 2020 but they really got serious fairly early, like last year. The cool thing they are doing is bringing enclaves to crypto, meaning cloud servers can finally be ditched, turning everything defi-related into (true) decentralization. This also would avoid many issues like bridges getting hacked all the fucking time causing millions in damages and the like. Pretty much what crypto as a whole was always supposed to be, no more reliance on shitty AWS/Google servers etc.
