The winter wasn't that bad in Europe it was the abrupt lose of access to Russian gas and the industry and households competing among each other for a scarce resource with American lng ships not having enough ports to target. Europe got actually very lucky. If the winter shouldn't be this mild this year, could be a repetition. And yes, food production and grain export moratoriums.
