>house near city in 1970s for 43,000

>House in decent middle class suburb in 1990s for 80,00
>Now worth 800k

Hmmm real surprise.... People only work nowadays because if they stop they loss everything because of loans.

And yet they claim young people don't work hard enough or are entitled....

If you correlate this with the white demographics and location it is obvious. Everyone wants to live in white areas. The white pop has dropped 20% in just 30 yrs. Supply and demand. The supply of white areas has fallen off a cliff. East asian immigrants do well but there aren't enough of them to pick up the slack. They too consolidate into smaller and smaller areas that increase the housing price to live in nice nieghborhoods.

remember you are here forever

That chart doesn't really control for marriage quality much. It says the percent of women in a 5 year marriage out of all women in that cohort. Obviously women running around getting fucked will get married later, automatically making that chart even if their eventual marriages were great.

in my location (suburbs of philly) it's like $450k for a livable house in a non-nigger neighborhood. i can't afford this on my paltry $100k/year salary. luckily i work remotely so i'm fucking off back to my hometown next summer and buying a house for $150k.

>"why don't people have motivation to work?"

1. It's not "people", it's generation Z.
2. It's not "motivation", it's more like having parents paying everything for you.
