I also held DOT in the past, but sold it all to shift to other projects.

They don't have to know to generate income for the parachain projects hosting them, or for the relay chain. 90k unique binance chain users got ZKsbts minted by the manta network in under 2 weeks, millions of individual devices run nodle, new companies are integrating kilt and subsocial all the time. Most of these users don't even need a wallet to use the blockchain and you faggots will somehow claim that's bearish. Because you all seriously expect that users will be directly interacting with the chain either now or in the future?

Running a parachain is orders of magnitude cheaper than running your own blockchain on avax or cosmos and the upside is far higher. The vast majority of blockchain use case leaders are already building on substrate and if they haven't already got a parachain, are planning on one soon enough.

I'm also holding DOT and staked it while patiently waiting for the price to bounce back. The technology behind it keeps developin' strong, even if the price might be a bummer for some folks. I'm holding some parachain tokens too, including GLMR. Peaq and EQ are definitely on my radar for the next tokens I'll be grabbing real soon.
