Literally nothing. BTC was, is, and will continue to be the standard. "Utility" is meaningless because at the end of the day blockchains are actually a really shitty data architecture for everything that isn't BTC and doesn't perform the same economic function as BTC (a decentralized and trustless asset that can be freely exchanged between addresses)
That isn't to say money can't be made, there will always be retards buying the next hype you can sell your bags to, but the fact that "utility" tokens have consistently underperformed meme tokens should tell you something about how much "utility" there is in using a blockchain in scenarios where blockchain isn't needed
