Which digital ID project will moon the hardest in the coming identity DiD bull?

>KILT
>SPARKS
>CHEQ
>EVEREST
>ORE

eIDas 2.0 is about to be passed in the EU which means starting EOY 2023 all EU states have 2 years to offer official state approved DID wallets. That should mark the moment identity smallcaps start mooning as DID enters mainstream media.

Should I just ape 1k in each? I asked before but dunno yet.

so far I know:
ID best memes
Sparks lowest MC, dev progress seems real but main dev is anon. No token utility
CHEQ & KILT, most legit partnerships, good CV doxed teams

>> No.55165861

KILT is a confirmed scam (please refer to the attached image) and shouldn't be included in this thread. Thank you.

Sparks is good because they post development updates literally every single day to the point that you can basically monitor the progress in real-time, if you want. This sounds a bit cliche, but it is truly grassroots and being built from the ground up. Another big advantage inherent to Sparks is the degree to which it was fair launched. Even the original dev who launched the project bought his small share on the open market when anyone else could as well, unlike some well-known projects like Ethereum and Cardano.

The Everest pasta and meme machine is as unrelenting as the Everest team’s approach. Only a dedicated few are here to play witness to the forefront of /biz/ memetics, let alone take a guiding hand in it. How joyously we meme, undeterred by the superfluous short term price action. A marvel takes hold as we produce the subsequent. The aesthetic, the detail - unsurpassed by our contemporaries. The gods themselves smile upon such creation. The crypto industry and regulators are moving full speed ahead to where Everest has been positioned for an age. Anons are demoralised and continue to miss the forest for the trees, but this is of little concern to us. We will continue to meme as the consciousness shifts in parallel with regulation. This time of ignorance is the comfiest of times. It feels good to be right. It feels even better to be right before everybody else. Treasure these days. They won’t be coming back.

The tomes we write here will echo in the Everhalls for eternity, much like alpha echoes through the empty heads of /biz/raelis. Eons from now our memes and pastas will be mindlessly repeated, much like how the normie gazes upon the ruins of the ancients yet knows not who built them. Everest chads meme not because it is necessary, but because it is mirthful. Time will pass and 4chan itself will be no more, but the aura of the ones who Enjoy It will linger forever.

Wouldn't work because you need to prove who somebody is, not just bridge their Identification on-chain. CanDID would be a hotbed for Identity theft through stolen KYCs on it's own, and plenty of incentive to perform that on DeFi.

>Please read the CanDID white paper and explain to my why your grifter project of choice is needed.

There is a very key difference that most of Crypto hasn't understood.

that is: Identification is not Identity.

Identification (Drivers license, passport, social reputation token) = Something You Have

Identity (Face, fingerprints, voiceprint, DNA, brainprint) = Something You Are

This is a critical difference!

99% of the "Identity" solutions are just sharing tokenized verified credentials from a 3rd party which results in ... well not really anything other than the enabling of widespread fraud the likes of people selling/buying other people's verified credentials and making as many fake accounts as they can to then sell to others.

This is why DAO votes even with (what people keep calling) Identity solutions fail because of this basic sybil attack.

People create multiple identities using stolen IDs, fake bills, stolen passports etc

>Nexera

Bob Reid even said: "
Nah, I don't believe nexera id and allianceblock can do it. See notes from @Broken_Boxes

Connecting Nodes:
By the way in case anyone was curious; for a financial Institution to legally take or use KYC:
these 4 attributes MUST be adhered to by law.

1) The software entity is subject to the SAME obligations for data retention, customer due diligence, that the financial institution they are working with is. This would be according to the laws of each jurisdictional sector. i.e. The software provider must be licensed and regulated by the same laws that the Financial institutions they are working with are beholden to.

2) Contract of data sharing

3) Risk of transaction and customer due diligence still must be done by accepting financial institution

4) Ongoing monitoring still must be done by accepting financial institution

SOFTWARE SUPPLIERS OF KYC CANNOT DO THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE

Everest empowers users, organizations, and projects to utilize True Identity, eKYC, and a full suite of financial services including on/off-ramps for fiat/crypto backed 1:1 by our legal and programmable stablecoin voucher.

Very good summary. To put this in context, it means that DID and ZKP producers are potential partners, not competitors, of Everest.

95% of other "KYC" solutions are DOA and are not going to pan out.
Even if they do they will still need to be compliant and conform to regulations + have a license to Operate.
And even if they get that far they will need to have a true identity system because a VC just doesn't cut it.
The bank isn't going to take your reputation based VC.
However Everest is already working with many financial institutions which not only allow for Everest's KYC -- but are an extension of the Everest Network with things like Bitso, Remittances, and our Stablecoin voucher.

This enables many other markets like remit, loans, microloans, tokenized stocks, realty, TrueDaos and more.
