Reminder that Chia's gonna be one of the few blockchains that will actually make it long-term because they're actually planning long-term (and one of the few companies that actually shows up to government hearings on crypto as every other group bitches and moans about the gunbermint)

In the end what you will regret most is not losing your money. What you will regret most is wasting your time shilling this worthless trash.

Any news on the ipo? Shouldn't they have a response from the sec by now?

They could have a response, but I don't think it needs to be public given how they filed. So it still is within expectations for how long it should take

>Generally, the SEC will review the initial filings and will respond with comments in approximately 30 days. At that point, the company and its advisors are responsible for addressing each of the comments. This could take several hours to several days, depending on the nature of the comments. Once the response is completed, a revised registration statement is filed with the SEC. The review and comment process continues until the SEC is satisfied. This normally takes between 60 days and 120 days, but could last materially longer - depending on the company and its advisors.

>Reminder that Chia's gonna be one of the few blockchains that will actually make it long-term
Actually it wont, why? Because Chia has no Finality. that makes it useless for any type of payment and contract.

Offer files are the big one that's gonna sell XCH to bigger entities. Asset trading between entities on-chain that doesn't require any intermediary, AMM or anything else like it. Offer of x of y stock for z Chia, offer can just get posted anywhere and anyone can take the offer and complete it if they have the right assets in their possession

>all the regulators are working for Ripple.
>The SEC itself sued Ripple

I mean it's better than PoW since it at least uses a regularly produced resource and you can't build ASICs for it (which are a waste of silicon and outdated in a few years)

And PoS is a piece of shit that doesn't even matter if you want real worldwide adoption
