Everything. To start with BTC chain isn't even meant to be used for flipping shitcoins.
They forced the shitcoin season, it was awful.
All the way from buying to selling. It was all awful.
No charts, no liquidity.
You couldn't even get the normies to buy this shit because it was simply too complicated for normies to bother.
Why would they go through all the trouble when they could just be buying Pepe or whatever on eth and bsc?

BTC is 600 billion of on chain liquidity, ~19 million coins available

now if you totally forget about USD, there are two things you can buy on chain, artwork and fungible tokens

artwork demonstrates provenance etc.

fungible tokens represent on chain equity that can not be leveraged. you can never get liquidated. the deployer can not dilute the shares in equity

it is a layer of abstraction such that BTC is the oil that keeps the onchain economy running, while BRC-20 can function in other ways like provide exclusive content based on token ownership, help minorities adopt their own fungible coin (Catalonia etc)

if you're fudding while the market cap difference between erc20 and brc20 are so different, you're fucked. BTC has more attention, relies on proof of work only and has the largest infrastructure underneath it
