I called the financial company the cfo Grant Tanaka worked for before santa cruz, the actual cfo in question and they told me he was a stand up guy. I looked at the lawsuit and saw he was only suing him for his salary. The point is just returning profits to shareholders. They can either divvy it out or buy back shares which will then (in theory) make your shares go up in value by the same amount. Buy backs have become more popular over time as it's more tax efficient as you usually only pay tax when you sell, while you have to pay tax on the divvy. I don't use many indicators that can be practically quantified. But it was easy to see that $9 natty wasn't going to be sustained simply by suppliers uncapping dormant wells. As far as lithium is concerned, the spot price was an obvious function of supply constraints that would be ameleorated by increased production that was scheduled to come online in 2023. Again, that's what's happened. The price is a third of what it was six months ago. The opportunity here lies in the hype and promotion which is fueling the current lithium stock rally and is evidenced by the likes of Cramer and Drule. This is a late-stage baggage transaction to terminal retail sheep. The big money is cashing out and the money here is to be made by selling.

Midway went out of business over Pan, and Calinre's development project inherited from Fiore would be high cost due to its strip.
