Goodnight anon, I kind of want to know some financial mistakes you made and what you learned from them. What tough times did you go through, how did you feel back then and how did you manage and where are you at now. Big thank you.

Invested 8k in XRB/NANO, gambled to a huge stack, it eventually went to 130k at ATH, did not sell because everything was green, then it dumped after the Bitgrail exploit. Kept holding bags and eventually gambled it all away.

Was really interested in SOL at 3$ but did not invest.

Bought 2k worth of ETH, gambled it all the way up to 22k now, did not jump on PEPE after the Ivan on Tech vid when I should have.

What I learned : Stop gambling and all-in the next promising meme coin. Withdraw gains after 5x, then 20% of the remaining stack after each additional 5x.

Trust your gut. If you think things are going to go wayside, bail. That's on investing, jobs and relationships.

Always. ALWAYS have a plan B. If you're autistic have a C through Z type plan. Things don't always work out and they can blow up on your face.

Comfy>Financial gains. Don't chase the dollar bills because you think it'll make everything better. If you're smart you can always get money somehow, someway but you'll never get time lost. Again this goes back to relationships, jobs and investments. Time is the ultimate resource, spend it wisely. Anyone or anything that removes precious time should be dealt with ASAP!!!

Cont. Stress will kill you faster than cigerattes/weed , alcohol and any another vice you might have. Eliminate it completely. You will lose your vitality, your mental well being/ health and TIME worrying about the things that stress you.

Pick a hobby/Enjoy the time you have here on this shitty rock. Life is so unbearably short and paradoxally long. Make the most of it. Help your fellow man, contribute to those around you and make a net positive on things, no matter how small that positive change is. We come to /biz/ chasing for higher numbers when we should be chasing for more positive memories. (the high numbers are good though)

Lastly, if its good enough to screenshot, its good enough to sell. Don't let greed be the main driver of your decisions.

In late 2017, I bought into this ICO called Ethconnect. I deposit $350 worth of eth at the time into an address of an account that I’m supposedly created on that website. I was able to deposit money into the wallet but when the ICO day come, no one can log into the website. I still wonder in whose hand my eth ended up with and that’s when I knew I fall into a scam.

ehh.
my failures in crypto did help me to understand the markets a bit. same for having the discipline to buy/sell, and understanding my risk tolerance of holding a position by seeing if I could sleep overnight in peace with it open.
the success I did have in getting a relationship or getting that sweet high returns did fuck up my future by not focusing on building a career.

That screenshot really hit home. I was really happy when I was young even with just a little money. My wage puts up in the top 1% earners. But it's pointless. After work I fall asleep at my desk only to wake up at 5am and missed everything. Fuck this.

easily the most important rule of trading: keep your losses small, and the winners will come with time. The money is made being in the right position at the right time, and then... doing nothing for a long time. Not from size, but from the leverage of a good position with tightly controlled risk.

So you make 600k in a year and yet claim you have to wage the rest of your life? You can work 1 year and have 10 times the savings of a person that is 60+ in my country kek.

I have a list but most recently I settled a lawsuit for less than I should have to play it safe. I had them by the nuts but didn’t have confidence in my lawyer so I stopped. I got $450k but could have got $675k. In retrospect I should have believed in my instincts and fired the lawyer.
