Then one day after that I will wake up and DECO will be released.
How I fill the time between now and then is up to me, and me alone.

Why would they release CCIP 5 months after announcing a delay and Sergey becoming an official liar?
Surely they could have announced this in December so allow Sergey to save face.

After such a magnificent failure Sergey has nothing left to prove, no trust left and no more promises to keep.
You will get CCIP when they feel like it and at the earliest maybe December this year if the crypto market stops shitting itself.

In the mean time you can cope with Chainlink Functions which is ironically more useful for adoption and with greater potential than CCIP. That should come out earlier maybe in June...

How much even is this? Like $2 million? If they were an EXTREME 200 P/E company they need $185MM in revenue to warrant current mcap. So they need 90 more GMX's, and there are only like 5 GMX's in existence.

If LINK is waiting on fundamental value to catch up to the market that has basically left it in its dust, then it has a very very long way to go.

The usual discord nufudders are actually a lower form of life than unpaid internet janitors:
>constantly making 50+ pbtid fudding in discussion threads over 10+ hours whenever they're up
>the rest of the time they seem to be seething, samefagging, and monitoring in up to 6 fud threads at any one time during their "rush hour"
>sometimes when they're really upset because no one takes them seriously, they'll spam the board with nikado avacado's asshole threads
>they have been doing this possibly since 2021, when a lot of them bought the top and never recovered
>others lost their stacks on bancor and celsius
>some even think that they're "fighting the wef" by posting on here - yes they're that retarded
>lets be generous with the math and say that they've only done this for five days a week (including holidays) for one year (50x52=2600 hours spent doing this maybe, not including the time they've spent making low quality memes and looking at pictures of the best cock cages to use)
>all over an apparently shitty and unimportant crypto

The truth is the team either doesn't know what they are doing or do they kind of do but they barely work due to remote zoom meetings. The ones Eric Schmidt warned Sergey about. This also explains why it took them one full year after announcement to create a staking deposit contract that any pajeet could've made in a day.

The bad news is CCIP isn't coming any time soon.
But really that's not that bad at all.
Because the good news is that CCIP has basically been here since March 2022.
Well not exactly March 2022, since they didn't actually start using the real Chainlink until late last year. But even from the beginning they were using an oracle concept which was a direct clone of link from what I understand.
Oh, of course I'm talking about
LayerZero
btw
Anyway. So we basically have a cross-chain generalize messaging protocol powered by Chainlink running right now and absolutely taking over crypto bridging.
Now if it didn't use link, maybe we'd be sweating. But it uses link.
Someone(probably Sergey?) managed to land the most important deal of link's life by actually hooking this up.
So is CCIP important?
Not really imo. At least not in the next 5 years or whatever since we're really looking towards crypto for growth atm.
And outside of crypto the most important overall thing going on is this:
>>54707881
>In the mean time you can cope with Chainlink Functions which is ironically more useful for adoption and with greater potential than CCIP. That should come out earlier maybe in June...
yes.jpg
100x more important then CCIP over the next while. And also more interesting as a concept from where I'm sitting.
...
And now for the real interesing question that needs to be answered...
So now that Sergey has flipped he switch and people are ready to start paying their mfing bills and shit, the biggest question on all of our minds should be:
JUST HOW MUCH IS LAYER ZERO WITH THEIR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM THE ABSOLUTE TIP TOP TIER 1 VCs IN THE WORLD P A Y I N G US NOW????
It's gotta be some fucking fucking checks, no?
The sheer amount of oracles used is unlike anything. It's like hundreds at least I think. Look at how many tokens and bridges and run through lz and understand that each transaction is a two part affair with an oracle and a relayer...

Hmm. I wonder why link struggles as a company in getting their shit together and running as an efficient organization...
It's not like a bunch of parasites were allowed to get their fangs in over at Chainlink Lerbs...right?
Sergey would never allow that knowing how important this all is and that tech and tech people come first...r..r..right?

>> No.54712248

>>54712215
Perhaps we see it rolled out for tradfi related purposes now that lz w/ link is handling crypto?
I mean that's where the real potential is *long term*. But short term growth is still crypto focused and generating sustainable income and a self sustaining network.
