I’m positive it wasn’t her fault. She came in and didn’t expect the nearly nonexistent marketing department to be in such complete shambles. The CMO before her was a GOOG mole. I think the problem was always not how to market Brave and BAT, but rather that there was nothing substantial in which to use as a lynch-pin in which to grab peoples (excuse the pun) attention.
Rewards is a cool idea but without ways to use the tokens in users browsers its pointless.
Seems Brave were more interested in latching on to open source projects (Wallet, Talk etc.) than actually solving their own Rewards paradox.
