I mean come on that wasn't hard to understand, that it was bearish. That little extra pumpage was all that was needed to top the market out and make it waaaaay too overbought. The most bearish thing that could happen on April 10th was that pump to 31k. If the price had just dumped from 28k that would've been less bearish as the market would've been less overbought.

No it's probably just Binance cooking the books and scamming futures traders. Some guy takes like 50 million US and shorts BTC at 2:1 leverage with liquidation price around 8k. Chart just happens to dump exactly that low to liquidate that single whale trader. How would anyone even check to ensure that's not what's happening?
