I run a car repair shop and I get free slaves I mean employees from the local job center in my town.

I know for a fact that hes lying about the outsourced workers being the same quality as USA based because I worked for a company as a trainer. and quality assurance. I trained americans, filipinos, and mexicans.

the americans, as expected, did fine. base pay was about 10 bucks higher than your minimum wage in the state you lived in. the filipinos, were to my surprise, not that bad. they were pretty good. they also only got paid $2/hr

the company had a bonus structure though and the filipinos were in number 1 spot and these filipinos were gettin the bonuses so much that they were buying cars and shit.

then onto the mexicans. absolute shitters. bad in every metric i can think of. cost the same as a filipino but at 20% of the quality. only a handful of the calls I listened to with these retards were passable. if I got one of them as a customer Id just hang up and call again or find somewhere else.
