This is the truth, if you're attractive sex is very easy to get although while the odds are good the goods might be odd. That said it really doesn't take much money to find a woman that's worth marrying and having kids with, I'd say if you're making 30-50k you can make it work if you're not too picky about where you live. Kids are not that expensive despite what everyone says either, there are gibs and tax breaks out the ass for having them that shoulder a lot of the financial burden. Having even a couple hundred grand in free capital would be more than enough to start meeting ladies and vetting them to eventually find someone to settle down with and have kids and be happy together, I did it with far less than that and it's been great. Don't be a dumbfuck and have some big extravagant wedding either, mine cost a total of about 2500$ and we did it in the back yard of her folks property with just family in attendance. You could do it for way cheaper if you wanted but my wife was insistent on having a ceremony of some sort even if in hindsight she wished we just signed the papers at the courthouse since it was a fair bit of work doing it ourselves.
