"The Shadow Stats inflation adjusted logarithmic silver chart shows us how undervalued silver really is.

Zionist bankers have used demonetization and a paper derivative glut to suppress the silver price over the past 150 years.

In 1980, silver had returned to it's monetary value and overcorrected almost 2x to the upside.

2011 saw another attempt to reach monetary value, but the pedophile banksters dumped paper derivatives on the market and smacked the price down before it could reach even 30% of monetary value.

Silver wants to return to monetary value somewhere around $500* per ounce, and will probably overcorrect to the upside somewhere above $1,000* per ounce.

When silver returns to monetary value, it will mean that the zionist paper ponzi scheme is over, and that governments can no longer use deficit spending to subvert the population and fund their gayops.

Bro, i'm so sorry...
I tried to impress you by showing you the way of the scrap cheapies.
So i went on ebay.uk, then typed "scrap silver" "sterling" 'silverware lot" etc..., then i'd link you my finds.
It was absolute nightmare fuel.
For starter like 90% of the stuff listed have an extra
>+ 20% VAT will apply
and then the prices are fucking DEMONS' VOMIT. Like, there is nothing less than 0.5-0.6£/gram, and at this price you have many bidders.

Literally taking the last sold item
>200gram
>sold for £122
considering
>£ to $ : 1.24
>sterling : .925
That's $151.20 for 185gr of fine silver. So $25.50/oz for SHITTY DESTROYED SCRAP. AND THE PIC HAVE ITEMS WITH SHITTY GLOWING ROCKS AND GLASS AND SHIT I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SUBSTRACT FROM THE SILVER WEIGHT LMAO.

Someone says "only goes up" and it triggers some argument about inflation. When people aren't triggering the word finders they just post random nonsense FUDing silver in response to no one. Yeah it's tough for britbongs, there is lots of competition for scrap over there. The batches I've purchased and had shipped over to the USA were freshly listed buy-it-now deals priced way under melt value i gobbled up fast, seems hard to score via normal auction format listings for bongs over there.

Anyway the refinery just called and they said my 7x 1/10th oz gold rounds are ready for pickup, I gave them only about 2/3rds of an ounce of gold so I have to pay $154 to cover the extra gold and refining/manufacturing fees, which brings the total cost to around $420 for the 7 smolgolbs. I'll pick them up next week and bring another juicy load of sterling scrap for them to process, might take months for them to finish though they seem really busy lately.

Investing in PMs is taking circulating value out of the system. If consumers put 5% a month into PMs, they aren't putting that 5% into assets that benefit the system of usury. Crypto nerds need the stupid masses to buy into crypto to keep it pumping. Price collapses is people aren't constantly buying into it, and if you're investing disposable income in PMs that's money that isn't going into ballooning other assets (stocks, bitcoin, shitcoins, etc.)

It makes no sense why someone would come post 30+ posts in a thread just to tell people they're dumb, there's a motive behind it. When I see random bullshit threads like BBBY, I ignore them because while I think it's a stupid investment, I also literally don't care how people waste their money. The closer to 1 the better, but things are never sold at spot, so what would your ideal ratio be?

>I'll pick them up next week and bring another juicy load of sterling scrap for them to process, might take months for them to finish though they seem really busy lately.
Amazing, usually it takes them 2-3 months, correct?
After reading some materials concerning the Great Melt of the 80s and 2011, i'm flabbergasted so much stuff still survived to this day. For the 80s it's understandable, as internet wasn't around yet, it probably was harder to find scrap, but back in 2011 ebay already was well established...
From all my purchases, i can say with confidence that not once i bought silver items who were crafted after the 60s, and after doing some digging, i'd say that no more than half a dozen well-reknowed silversmiths still propose newly casted complete sets nationwide here. That's depressingly low. Even the richest of the richfags buy stainless steel as tableware it seems nowaday.

After the incoming Greater Melt once we reach +$100/oz, do you think scrap will still be left to be melted down? I feel this time around it will be the Final Spoonocaust.

All those stories about how undervalued silver is, plus the fact that little money actually buys you an impressive (seeming) amount of shiny make silver an obvious choice.

When I was a kid in the 90s-00s my dad would take me to flea markets, yard sales, auctions, estate sales etc., IRL sales and markets has been harmed by online venues to sell stuff, before the internet it would have been harder to find cheapies from across the country but if my experience in the 90s is applicable then there were more local opportunities to visit yard sales and the like to find cheapies.
>From all my purchases, i can say with confidence that not once i bought silver items who were crafted after the 60s
I've commented on it before and you're right, besides fiddly jewelry items stuff from after the 1960s is rare and I can count on just 1 hand the number of silverware or sterling tableware items I've come across from after the 1970s, only 1 from after 2000.
>After the incoming Greater Melt once we reach +$100/oz, do you think scrap will still be left to be melted down?
I'm certain that it will be harder to find, people who are aware that they have some sterling tucked away will pull it out to sell if it moons, but our strategies largely rely upon ignorant normies who don't know anything about PMs at all and don't even know that what they have is good silver. Even at 1,000/oz they'll still be ignorant so there will always be cheapies to be had, we'll just have to work harder to find them.

It just occurred to me that your hobby gold panning/sluicing activity may be generating gold more interesting and valuable as a curiosity or specimen for local or European collectors than as refined bullion. I guess you can worry about it after you accumulate an ounce but if it were mine I'd just keep it in a well-labeled vial documenting the source(s) and find someone who values it for more than just its weight if I wanted to get rid of it.

If I need to sell gold for fiat I think it would be easier to sell a sovereign or a fractional than an entire Oz. If I have Sovereigns I can sell one and not be out of gold. I can also accumulate sovereigns faster than ounces. The premium on a sovereign vs an Oz isn't offensively bad either. I want to get 4 sovereigns before I get a whole Oz.

>>54594259
Is there any practical reason to spend a bit more on a BU sovereign versus a random quality?
And I was looking at British Sovereigns because I understand they are desirable, high liquidity, and a small chance of numismatic value. Is it the same for Francs or Roosters? Any reason to get one over the other?

Good luck finding some nuggies, those would definitely have broader appeal but even the fine material could be highly desirable to the right person. I've heard of people creating wedding/engagement rings out of locally panned gold, besides mineral specimen collectors who would value genuine gold samples from your region maybe some richfag would pay extra for gold from his or his wife's favorite childhood river to have a jeweler use to make something of greater sentimental value. Just a thought, it's yours to do whatever you want with of course.

Most sovereigns post 1932 will be BU as they weren't circulated but buying random quality you have a chance of getting a vicky or edward that could be worn/dinged/have blemishes. Though you'll most likely just end up with a modern QE2 sov. If you don't like the modern colour or don't want to risk a shitty quality older sov I'd just pay a bit more for the BU desu. 57-68 sovereigns are very nice.

I buy LMU (latin monetary units) because low premium. 20 gold francs are LMU coins. Depending how beat the coins are I would probably pay a few bucks more for BU but I think these avg circ coins will be fine.

BU LMU's are probably restrikes but that doesnt really matter.

I was originally going to buy BU roosters on ebay which were going for like $399 but they sold out and I was able to find these avg circ Belgium ones I bought for $394.

I stick strictly with low premium coins. My next purchase will be 1oz Krugers. Sovereigns like AGE are overpriced IMO. I have quite a bit of british sovereigns which are also lower premium.

Currently considering getting a local mint to melt down all my brits, leafs, roos, and 100 oz bars and turn them all into hand pours just to take the lizard queen off all my metal.

I actually agree with this.
Which is why I no longer eat take-out and only cook at home.
Means I have more spare USD for silver.

Indeed. I'm more invested in gold. I mean in terms of ounces I have more silver. In terms of value, my gold is worth much much more and my stack of gold more or less fits in my hand too. But I can't help buy buy decent looking silver coins too. But I do try to buy the VAT free silver. I know everyone here who doesn't actually live here says that the dealers put up the prices to make it mean nothing but it's not quite true. It's somewhat true, but nowhere near the 20% that VAT would add. Also it's not just a British thing people think it is. All of the EU puts VAT on silver now. Estonia was the last based one, but they've done it too. And Poland pays even more than we do.

Cheap at the time and I didn't know any better. Definitely getting tired of her eyeball-licking visage gracing my stack, though. And the local mint makes GORGEOUS hand pours.

Dumb question, but do they allow people to stack gold and silver in communist countries? China doesn't count since it's pretty capitalist now.

Anon that's nothing. Unless you're doing "respond to a classmate using 100 words or more". I hate that so much when your classmates give you nothing to work with.

Help! I have an assignment that is due on Monday but it has not been of significant interest to me. My interests are better suited in finance and economics, specifically sound money wherein the journey for learning about the FIAT monetary system has provided a more comprehensive history lesson than a traditional education has ever provided.
Learning about the coinage act of 1873, or the outright banning of gold in the United States and the removal of the gold standard by President Nixon has been some of the most intriguing information. I really hope that more people will become aware of the perpetual fraud being committed by the financiers of the world.

there's 112 words, ill take 0.5 silver plz
