Almost everything is downstream from demographics. US is still currently attracting decent south American people and not doing too bad on their own either. Japan and Europe are done for. So is Russia and China. India and southern/south east asian countries will do very well. US and India will be the super powers. Vietnam, Singapore and similar places will probably be the best places to live. Buying property in Vietnam is a good idea
