Staking withdrawals allow people to now unstake ETH from centralized exchanges (not just sell their IOU ETH stake token as before) and restake into these. And the price of these tokens listed on pic are either directly or indirectly related to how much ETH is staked with these protocols.
Lido will probably not benefit much form this, if at all. Others will have a bigger effect.
