Hopefully you kept all the financials separate and she doesn’t have any role in the business. If you currently employ her, even as a secretary/marketing/office admin, she will be able to claim to a judge she contributed to any increase in the valuation of the business.

Don’t let her be involved in anyway. If she is currently, phase her out subtly encouraging her to pursue other activities and figure out what documentation exists about her role in the business. Even if she plays no role she will probably invent some way she was involved so be prepared to combat that. See if you can subtly get her to put in writing that you do everything while she is off doing other stuff.

Proof or no proof, that will not exempt her from being granted alimony by the courts. Furthermore, she can always have her own atty file a motion to get alimony. So although you wish to protect your physical assets, you may still be subjected to paying your whore of a wife X amount of money each year.
And certain states enforce this. This includes license suspensions of all kinds: business, professional, recreational, drivers, and more.
But get this, that's only a small part of what can happen. Personal property liens, real property liens, bank levys, credit reporting, IRS intercepts, WBA's (warrants), or even jail.
The courts favor these types of cases, as there is always money involved. And guess who wants a piece? Yeah, that's right, my kind and the courts (through "court fees"). Essentially, marriage has really become a business. It's just that most people are blind to the "other side" of marriage.
