Agents are leeches. Paperwork isn't that hard if you can find a private seller and a title company. Even if you can't find a private seller just call their listing agent. There's people in this thread claiming this is fake like >>54384598 but this is 100% how real estate agents behave. I am a rentoid who rents cheap rooms but I had one agency with me in a house with this literal asperg neet mentally ill WH40k guy who reportfagged me for noise and yelled at random neighbours until they reported me too (one of the old ladies who reported me actually came to like me and let me live with her later). These 7 IQ point having real estate agents would ring me up yelling and barking at me, threatening to evict me and demand I respected their authoritay. Not even the landlord gave a shit btw and the agents didn't even know what the noise was since they told me to turn music down or something when I just had a phone call every now and again. Later they tried to steal my bond illegally and yelled at me some more to pay for and provide a receipt from a specific cleaning company, then rage hung up on me when I laughed and told them to prove they had a provide a receipt proving they did it before. I later got my bond back because they didn't bother taking it to civil court despite claiming they would.

But to yell at you, threaten you, bluff and try these domimance tricks to try and fleece you out of money is absolutely typical real estate behaviour. These people have no moral boundaries and even if they did won't bother to understand the situations of the hundreds of people they deal with (or even remember their faces)
