It's always seemed odd to me that there's so much shilling against PMs. If I saw a bunch of retards buying I don't know, hunks of iron trying to get rich, I wouldn't get angry about that. Certainly not angry enough to make thread after thread shitting on it. I'd just walk by. The amount of FUD I see about PMs only makes me want to buy more.

I only own gold/silver as:
- A means to combat hyperinflation if it ever occurs.
- A bartering item in case shit REALLY goes south. I'm not enough of a boomer/doomer to think I'm surviving off of silver/gold, but it would buy me a few weeds to get my shit together.
- A fun little investment for my kids. I like the idea of handing them a stack of gold in 15 years.
