So just how close can you get to daytrading without actually daytrading? How much can you buy and sell per day/week without getting flagged by the (((Fed)))

I am pretty ignorant of the market but my brother insists I start to learn a bit more since I have around 100k liquid to play with at the moment since I never fucking do anything with my money aside from upgrade my computer from time to time, and I noticed trade apps would let you daytrade so long as you had 25-30k to fuck around with but I don't think I want to give them that much of my cash just in case things fuck up with me being stupid and all, however I am not a very patient person and I don't like the idea of sitting on some stock that may or may not make me money or lose me money, I prefer to essentially just gamble it and see quick results be they positive or negative
