I have a relative that makes the most retarded decisions. They built a new fucking house that still isnt done and they work construction. I know they are going to get locked into a high rate when the construction loan rolls into a mortgage and their monthly payments are goijng to be like 6k. They will innevitably be laid off and have the house taken from them and their kids will suffer. However, they will cope that its the recessions fault and no one could have seen this coming and everyone will pity them. I used to pity people who lost everything in crashes. Now I just try and see how I can profit.
