Gox was a BTC exchange that lost all of its coins, and whose creditors are now supposed to get their BTC back. I'm not sure what the lending relationship was, I know they had lent to Gemini and Genesis. Maybe they were funding arrangements (maybe to have cash on hand for withdrawals because they had lent, or, in FTX's case, gambled, the customer funds, lel).
