There must be a better way than blindly shooting online job applications in the dark. Surely there's a trick for competing with the crowds of people applying every day?

Do some research into the company, find out who needs team members to fill in empty positions

By-pass HR cunts by emailing the actual manager/team leader directly

they know the role and need that spot filled, and don't give a fuck about what HR thinks, because they keep sending diversity retards that keeps turning over, if the job position was reposted several times for over 2 months

This is one way of doing it

Walk in and give the manager a firm handshake

But seriously. Any way that you can contact a real human being and have a real conversation rather than being screened by an HR drone will put you leaps ahead of the online application masses.

I'm getting tired of these "I can't find a job/nobody's hiring" threads. Dude, if you're desperately in need of a job to make ends meet then you can always find one if you look around at the most hated, disgusting, soul crushing jobs you can think of, like cleaning toilets or working on a garbage truck ect. No dream jobs but it's something that can help you survive.

If you have actually in demand skills, the jobs find you. Just make a half-decent Linkedin profile and you're golden.
>Be me, data analyst with 8 years experience.
>Current job didn't promote me to senior and bonuses are getting smaller while inflation is ripping
>Polish up the ol' Linkedin profile
>infinity recruiters literally shitting themselves to sniff my dick
>Land new job with 60% raise, 10% annual bonus, WFH, equity in company. doing literally the same thing I was doing in previous job
>Live in bumfuck flyover USA
