I've always lived in the US and I also have never tipped anyone for anything in my entire life. I get quite a rise out of seeing the faces on the little wagies contort in anger when they realize what's happening. Most of the time they just silently seethe but occasionally they will say some self-righteous bullshit to which I just shrug my shoulders. One time one of them even tried to hit me and they got fired right on the spot. Very amusing.
