I've seen too many posts including the words "baggies" and "diluted" to think it actually carries any real weight, plus the fact that the convertibles cannot be exchanged for common stock until the 27th of this month just leads me to believe the stock is still being shorted as hard as possible which is why it's still on regsho and will be for quite some time to come. There's a coordinated effort to get people to think dilution has already happened in order to hide the shorting with the distorting because the simple truth is there's about two unironic weeks left before the forced buying from the market maker level on down to close failures to deliver causes a significant rise in price. It's a big convoluted fuckfest to even attempt to understand, but basically until a failure to deliver has existed for 35 calendar days (which are weekdays regardless whether there is a holiday or not that might close the US markets, weekends excluded) it doesn't actually have to be bought to close out that FTD. Which functionally means it takes a bit more than a month and a half of insane shorting volume on a security for those shares to have to be bought to actually fill the failure to deliver. What this means in practice is there's a window of about that length of time in which any company can get shorted into nothing down to zero through any means and everyone involved can walk away with assloads of tax-free profit, but if it survives that period then the forced buys for all of the accumulated fails to deliver day after day eventually cause a normally pretty significant rise in price of that security.
TL;DR it's a nothingburger until it's a somethingburger and then it becomes an everythingburger, and it'll be a somethingburger around the beginning of March and will become an everythingburger around the middle of March.
