Their website has a filter that allows you to check stablecoin-only pools and filter by APR for whatever period of time you like.
I tend to move coins twice a month, but my 2 most stable pools have been BUSD-USDC on the old Uniswap, and ones with slightly riskier stables (EURS).
There's also a USDC-JPYC pool on Pangolin that's consistently yielding 30%+
